I was interested. A great ride, a top day for it and a good write up. Sounds like a new set of PR2s may be going on the FJR in about 2,000km time! Thank you.

Then cruisy ride back to Upper Hutt. Rimutakas were very nice, did notice a bit of broken glass bottle in the middle of the road of one of the corners on Upper Hutt side. Even though the sun was shining it was still quite cool especially on the return trip the hill was very cold.

Cheers for the company today guys, my little 250cc was very happy to pootle along with the bigger boys for the day.
Thanks for the company guys. First time out for 6 weeks after getting the forks sorted. It's a totally different bike now. When I reached the top of the hill I pealed off and grabbed a coffee. Then decided it was too nice a day to head straight home so had a bit of a play on the hill for the next 2 hours.
Back to the decorating again for me now. Bring on next week-end.

Bugger I must have rode past you at the wild oats, I would have called in if I knew. I rode to Martinborough and back, a bit chilly, but lots of blue sky.

Current plan at the moment is to be there. Been on annual leave this week trying to get the rental finished. The weather has helped as it's not exactly been the weather to want to sculk off and ride. The bike has been tucked up in bed in the garage so I've had to get on with the painting.

I've not been on one of these before, but if the weather holds out I'm in.

Err, you missed it RD, it was today. Not that I got there in time to leave with BB + 1 other.

Weather is supposed to go horrible tomorrow, however if it is OK in the morning I think I'll be out.

Oh, gosh darn it as they say. Regardless, I had a mini-blat that was spoiled by cretins in cages doing 30Km/hr and improved significantly by having to overtake them in a swift, crisp and therefore safe manoeuvre. Officer.

Missed it? BB went on a separate ride; that doesn't imply to me that TCSMR was moved. My plan, as usual, is to go if I can get up early enough ... haven't managed it yet though ...

This afternoon coming back from Palmy via the Wairarapa was good though

I didn't manage to make it last week but I'm hoping to head over the takas tomorrow if it's nice enough.

I won't get to the hill until about 11ish though as I have to come from Kapiti and can't go over 70kph ( stupid retarded dangerous law that's already caused me two near spills thanks to impatient cagers riding my ass and overtaking too close ).

Still, might see some of you out and about...
