the best weight is the weight that you're most healthy at, I think anyway.
being too fat OR too thin is not good for you... so eat, drink, be merry but do it in suitable amounts ^_^

"Take life one day at a time. Make mistakes. Learn from them. Come out a better person. Never regret the things that have gotten you where you are today."
Yep, basically what I was getting at.
It's very easy to say "Geeze go on a diet and get some exercise" to someone who's overweight or "Eat a pie for Christ's sake" to someone who's underweight, but we don't know what has made that person that way really, and the reality is, would you say that to their faces, a stranger in the street? I know I wouldn't, it's none of my business, they may be happy the way they are, and if they're not, me going up to them and saying "geeze, here have my pie, you need it more than I do" is not going to make a blind bit of difference. Rant over.
here here!!
agreed with above statement!

I'm afflicted with a less than satisfying occupation (read: my boss is a stressful, dispiriting twat)...Poison: Jamiesonon the rocks if I really want to get hammered, or with Dry if I want to make it last...
But I don't want to get this thread off the track, so I'll PM you further on this subject?
Girls, at any rate...you are worth more than anyone who is trying to bring you down. And anytime you have the need to chat, just get on line and I know everyone will be right behind you...
Oh, sorry...I didn't mean to sound so gender specific. I guess I was just trying to answer the girl's stories as they'd hit home pretty sharply.
But by all means, please rest assured that I believe men to have a really tough time of it as well. They just don't speak of it as freely as we girls do, I guess.
We ALL struggle with our body image sometimes and all deserve an ear to listen to us in those moments.
I'm happy to be that hear for ladies or gents![]()
I was yanking your chain, don't fret.
There's that, and I believe that men and women care differently about different things. By and large men have simpler insecurities. But by all means, please rest assured that I believe men to have a really tough time of it as well. They just don't speak of it as freely as we girls do, I guess.
OMG.... ME TOO, I'll bring the pizza!... and a croissant!
A part of growing up is not trying to change yourself for anyone. Be happy with who you are. Beauty to me is on the inside. So many 'good looking' people have personaities of a dog, and in that makes them 'ugly' in my eyes.
" It appears that the website has become alive. This happens to computers and robots sometimes. Am I scared of a stupid computer? Please. The computer should be scared of me."
yes but anyone who says looks dont matter is also a liar!
i wouldnt want to be caught dead in the same grave as me.
Agree with ya posts there Trudie girl .. my motto .. ppl either have to accept me as I am or fuck off ... simple really .. weight has always been an issue for me, & slowly but surely its coming off .. but every day is a struggle and can be frustrating esp when you want results more quickly
My g/f opposite end of spectrum she was far to skinny .. ate way more than I did & used to hate that everyone mentioned how skinny she was .. funny really .. two ppl polar opposites in weight & we both had our insecurities .. was great to be able to talk freely about it & understand where each person came from
also age is a great thing .. you really get past being self conscious & worrying about others opinions .. & you begin to really live your life ...
Have toKarma ... Justice catches up eventually !!
