Me and Lissa might be up the top of the hill if you decide to go that way.

A good ride - Haywards and Paekak to Raumati Beach, with good food and conversation. I think Paekak gets bumpier every time I ride it though.

Tried swapping bikes with Wasp for part of the ride home - got almost as far as the main road before deciding that his bike, while nice and light and with a smooth engine, was just too damned uncomfortable for my build.

The best bit was him introducing me to his bike beforehand - you know, the usual pointing out where stuff is in case it's different.

    Stuff like:

    Odometer!
    Trip meter!
    Tacho!
Indicators ... ah, no. found them after tooting once ...

I figured he'd work my bike out.

    Thanks Doug

Well I learnt something last night! Don't clean your seat with that leather rubber cleanner. Granted it does a great job of making it shine It also makes it slippery and if turn removed any confidence that I was attached to the bike! No matter how hard my thighs gripped I still slide into the tank Now to see if simple green will get rid of the slip!
Need something to do when not riding??? Come and learn to dance with us at www.cerocstars.co.nz

Tukas, old chap. Shot over to Masterton to see an Aunt with a broken leg before the ride.

I tried it with silicone spray on the rg so I could slide around a bit more.
