Also with continuing licencing, if your caught with expired rego you get a fine, but it never ran out. If you are a month late paying for 3 months you only get two months rego plus you have to pay the fine as well.

Let the defenders on the site , give us reasonable comment on this .

But it is not road tax, you pay that when you buy gas. The rego is the right to use the bike on the road for the time frame. (and a little ACC)

Call it what you like...Dont pay...NOT allowed (legally) on the road...THEM'S THE RULES !!!.........for EVERYBODY

What annoys me is owning multiple vehicles each has to be registered - I can only use one at once. I'd prefer a user rego system.

I would prefer there is an RUC system for ALL fuel types, but we all know that will not happen.

But when your wife / partner / friend uses your car when you are on the bike... WHO STAYS LEGAL ???
