It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Alrighty then. Kyle has just dropped the fairings off.
So I'll get to work getting them prepared in the next lot of days off.
I'll pick a day with some good weather and post up when I'm gunna be painting them and if anyone in the area is interested in having a looksee at them being done, we can make an afternoon of it..
Stay tuned for updates

**** Update ****
Okay started preparing the fairings that Kyle dropped up...
Hmmm these are going to be more of a challenge than the tank was.
Couple of coats of sealer, and then a coat of black to start.
Will leave these to dry (in between the rain, out in the shed)....
Will load up the before and progressive shots when I have some more done on them...
Stay tuned

Anything ever happen with the painted fairings?
"It would be spiteful, to put jellyfish in a trifle."\m/ o.o \m/
Due to a number of things - illness, the weather and work. Have not done anything with the fairings. But now since the weather is kicking back into the good stuff, have plans to get stuck back into the fairings and finish them off.
Stay tuned - won't be long

wow that tank work is awesome.
im going to get my mate to paint my front guard on my new bike... is there any thing i need to know to keep the paintwork mint?
or what paints i should use?
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.
I use High Gloss paints from Super Cheap. And to finish off over the artwork I spray about lightly about 8 coats of a clear spray....
Damn I'm blown away, I'm gonna have to try that!!!
