Sounds good Janet.
I'm meant to be riding with the Triumph group tommorrow but have some things to do in the morning which may make me miss meeting with them.
If I don't end up going, I'll probably check out BP BV.

If any of the Bustagut riders are looking, be careful of ice in the shadowy parts of HW5 today. Twas damp in such places yesterday and today is![]()
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
I would be good to be there but Sunday's is out fior me
It was good to be out yesterday, dont mind the cold when I'm enjoying myself, good to meet up with you guys again but allas another Gixer with us but I have to admit very very nice looking bike seems to go well to, nice one Elvin.
Those burgers were big eh! Steve would have liked them.
Have a good ride fellow H/Bay people. Sorry I can’t join you but got Family here.
Went for a ride to Wairoa this morning. Well that’s not totally true. Nearly to Wairoa. I got the Police com this morning to say the road was closed cos a logging truck had rolled over but figured it would be cleared by 8. Wrong. Anyway left here and fueled up in Bay View about 7.30 ish. Headed off with the sun coming up. Lots of wet bits on that road in the early morning. Lots of sun strike on that road in the early morning. Turkeys, Peacocks, goats and rocks. What a challenge when you throw in one massive frost. The coldest part was Sandy creek. All in all a challenge but never the less with plenty of gear on, a great ride. We were stopped 10km south of Wairoa for the accident. I realised it was not going to open for while so headed for home.
Now I had the sun behind me and no traffic. Most of the wet corners had dried out and I reckoned I had enough fuel to zoom along. Even the air temp had lifted and it was a 10/10 ride home. Still lots of live stock on the road and rocks and things but with no traffic and no ice it was premo. Take plenty of cloths. It is cold out there.
Have a great days riding. Say hi to the visitors………………….. Cheers people.
Definitely both, Steve!
Those burgers were huge, but the boys put paid to them in pretty short order! Dem boyz know how to put away their tucker!
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
What a great day. I see our adopted girl rider “Meeky Mouse” has a fantastic write up and pictorial in the fm Riders Magazine. Thanks for the copy, who ever gave it to Mary Mooo on the ride today. Whoo whooo go That girl.
Thanks to the rescue crew today .. the bike made it back & all good .. apart from the rain the rest of them will prob get a good drenching on the way home

Glad to have helped organise the rescue service. Pity you turned around tho. We had ordered in a big load ofand it was here waiting for you. Oh, well - the rest will tell you all about it, I'm sure. And the fantabulous tour that someone laid on....

oh well next time ... wanted to make sure they got back alright & being the slowest rider I would have only held up the works plus by the time I would have made it to the pub everyone else would have been ready to leave so best choice to enable the others to have their fun ..
hmm mind you it was a spirited ride in the rain on the way back .. but I think Pete was still going slow(ish)![]()
