Thats good news mate. You've come a long way from lying in the middle of the road.

Dammit. Got back from meeting with a Neurologist and looks like I won't be able to ride or drive until 24 Feb next year (head stuff)... understandably disappointed: my legs are good-ish and I can bend my knees, nearly finished putting final touches on Mille, insurance for my gear has paid out and had a swanky helmet picked out and everything. Gah.

Still, times like these you find out/are reminded who your good mates are eh... Vicki has offered to keep my bike warm for me for the next *gulp* 8 months.

PS - if anyone buys one of these helmets in the Wgtn region I'll damage your spark plug. Permanently. With my good foot.

That sucks but could be for the best. Watch for signs of Depression and 'weird' ideas. Seen it with some friends that had head injuries.

Damn. Anyone outside Welly want to buy a helmet? p/t

Sure sucks matie, I saw how much your face lit up when you sat on Mille for the first time since she's got her bits back together the other night. But 8 months will soon go by, and you get to make the most of us crazy drivers in the mean time running ya round the place And you NEVER have to be the sober driver!!!

I'll teach you how to knit Skelsy, that'll keep your hands busy for a while, and your knees warm!
