Well I have heard about the gingaa whinging about this thread. He has been reading it, and must be taking all our comments on board..

It is a known fact that said 'Ginga' also rides a bucket at the local club. Perhaps if someone had some issues they could 'approach' him where his notebook couldnt protect him?

as far as i,m concerned is still a cop that has a crap attitude towards bikers,

It is ture that the ginge I refer to is (bad cop) sounds not too good either. Heard that there is a guy up in rodney somewhere who sucks arse as well. Some fella Sits behind the bushes on woodcocks rd near a vineyard and pings people.
I prefer the bushes outside a girls college but each to their own

Agreed. Made all the worse by the fact he also races bikes [that includes road racing].

I believe he took the license off a friend along there, made him push the bike to his girlfriends place, she lives down a long dirt driveway, you cant see the house from the road. This cop told him that he had to push the bike right to the house, he was going to sit there and watch. Nice bloke

So far, not really much to grumble about.

He's got a shit attitude.Well, if you were both a ginga AND a coppa, you'd probably realise that everyone is always going to ahte you and figure that you wanted revenge on life as well. Shit attitude is hard to complain about.

He's pinged people for excessive speed (apparently focuses on 140+). Well, his bosses would say that's exactly what he's paid to do. And if he concentrates on the high end 140+, and lets the minor speeders go, isn't that what we always say we want.Hard to complain to the authorities that a cop is enforcing the law and ticketing serious breaches of the rules

And, what we MIGHT be able to make a case over there are also anecdotal tales of him driving dangerously , to the point of harrassment: and of him making a practice of inventing fictitious charges then allowing them to drop by not turning up at court (by which time of course the victim has spent much time and money on defence)

To complain about these might be possible. It wuld require someone to sign a formal complaint about the bad driving. And we could ask the PCA to examine what percentage of his tickets to bikes get dropped (either thrown out or abandoned), versus the percentage of his tickets to cars . And compare those percentages with the average for cops.

That would show if he makes a habit of issuing unjustifiable tickets to bikes. If half his tickets to bikes are thrown out or abandoned, and only 5% of his tickets to cars, that would be a good pointer to him treating bikes unfairly

But that all requires some specifics. Name, time, place etc.

So, wodda y'all gonna do ? If anything.

Catch him in the act. If someone wants to set up a camera on their bike.....

I personally have not had any relations with said copper. I wouldnt be able to pick him out of a crowd either. I guess the ATNR will always be a hot topic when it comes to police activity.......

Everyone is told about our little friend at the start of the ride. I guess if you want to speed, that is the chance you take.
