    For f#@#k's sake

If a biker wants to ride at breakneck speeds everywhere good on them thats their choice. But the wankers that for whatever reason choose to pass others ,cars and bikes, with less than a foot gap are really starting to fuck me off. This shit is happening even when the other lane is is clear. Can someone tell me what the point is?. Usaully they approach at such a speed from behind that they havent been noticed in the mirrors yet, one small swerve by me within MY riding space and its all over for both of us. The next one to do that shit around me might just find themselves flat on their back when i catch up to them at the next intersection.
When you choose to ride like a cock just remember , every action has a positive and negative reaction.

Actually its "every action there is always opposed an equal reaction" nothing about it being a positive and negative - that just dosnt make sense.

But then I have a PhD in Physics.

    drives me nuts as well.
partner and i had just got into bulls, heading north. we were just before the hill, with traffic on both sides of the road. susan notices a bike in her mirror and tells me look at this wanker. i cant see anything but cars from my side, and asked what she was on about. by the time i got that out, said wanker had passed us and the traffic behind us, basically on the white line. jerk off couldnt wait, what? a k or so? before hitting the open road and a passing lane.

had a goldwing do that a little over a year ago. my bike got blown over and snapped the right mirror off. i was heading north of wellington, and a goldwing, which, of course, i didnt hear coming, passed me well within my lane [which was the left hand one] while the right lane remained empty. got such a fright i damn near fell off the bike. if hed been in the other lane, it wouldnt have given me such a fright. but now i know why they have such loud stereos...

how about if you're driving a car, don't talk on your phone, or hog the centreline at 95km/h, then you'll 1, have a better chance of having some SA and 2, give other road users some room to pass

Positve = said bike makes his pass and speeds off on his way
Negative = When i catch up to him i knock him off his bike for been riding like a cock around me.
Does that make betterer sense ?

They probly cant be f@#ked indicating to change lanes and feel its less illegal to speed past if they just stay in the left lane. Ive got nothing against speeding, but theres a time and place eh

harder for a cop to get a radar or laser fix if your close to other vehicles..
and as for your rant...your make you own bed...that is life!! and from my experience...everyone thats slower than you, you think is a slow bumbling fool...and everyone thats faster is a crazy wanker who's asking to be slapped up the back side of the ear!!

My personal take on this is...I don't care. I can't stop them endangering others...so...I just concentrate on what I'm doing.

And there, ladies and gentlemen, is the entire ethos of Kiwi motoring in a nutshell. Perfectly put cowpoos

I lane split. Not in light traffic that's moving at the posted speed limit - that's unnecessary. If traffic is slow moving i.e. on the motorway - then I split. I am respectful of other road users and try to give as much space as possible. It goes both ways though, there are the riders who are trying to do a 'public good' by blocking the lane by riding as close as they can to the centreline when they could just as well ride wholly within their lane and make it safer to pass.

I really dont care how fast or slow someone is going that is their choice and in theory will know their own limits. But when they start doing stupid shit around other motorists thats when i have a problem. If they want to get themselves fucked up thats fine just DONT drag me down too.

Why the fuck shouldn't we have the right to condemn other motorcyclists who impose themselves upon our safety zone?

After all, isn't that exactly what all motorcyclists seem to do when it's a car driver that does the same thing?
