There are at least 2 other spare beds still available in the cabins at Taumaranui for the sat night.

Friday night accomodation has plenty of options which are unlikely to fill up as there is much nothing else going on in the area at the time.

I'm half keen on this ride also, but like JATZ, can't commit so far out. I also don't know what I'm doing from week to week. In fact, I'd better finish organising the RRRR for next weekend.

OK Im in ,can you book me for one of those beds on the saturday night please ? Is bedding provided or do I have to lug a sleeping bag arround?
Be a shame to miss this bit of norf island exploring seeing Im going to be in the area ,just makes the holliday a bit longer.

we have 3 - 4 spare beds, folk could stay Thursday night if like me they are planning on travelling North from Wellington on the Friday to reach Otorohonga on Friday night. Along with AndyMac, Paladin and JunkManJoe I'll be travelling up through the Whanganui National Park - River Road.

PM me if you need a bed on the Thursday night. cheers Aslan

I have spoken to the farm manager tonight he will confirm availability on the 24th this week he is not to keen on us going from river road to parapara road but rather the other way, I will speak again this week.

was wondering if it would be possable to ride this on our way home. im very interested in riding it.

On the friday ill be just keen to make it to otorohanga in one piece.
