    Delusional.
There's a slight difference between breaking the law, and um, not.

And why is everyone in the stunting forum a wanker? You're a bit of a stereotyping guru aren't ya!

Perhaps they got off at Bombay to do SH22, so yes maybe they did want that advantage... Wanker.

God it was a Saturday morning, on what was probably a relatively empty motorway, south of Drury, and 2 bikers had a bit of slalom fun in their own lanes within the law. Better call the waaaambulance!

Stereotyping at it's best again by some people huh, what bullshit.

"Oh god look at those bikers, fuck motorcyclists are dangerous idiots!"

"Oh god a car cut in front of me this morning, fucken cagers are idiots!"

They're called individuals, who fucken cares. If people are dumb enough to segment them into groups then there ain't much ya can do.

Stereotyping comes because of people like the OP who make a big deal of something outta nothing. So those guys looked like retards? So what? Did you go and tell them that? Do you really think that 2 bikers make up the average riding community?

Maybe swerving around gently in your own lane gives you road presence and you are less likely to be cut off because people will actually notice you? Ah that's it! So they were just being extra safe!

There are a few reasons why I do this from time to time on the bike. One is to practice countersteering. I don't get out on the bike as often as I want to any more so when I do get out I can be a bit rusty. Practicing countersteering along the straights seems fairly innoccuous and safe and helps me gauge how much pressure needs to be applied to the handlebars to get the desired amount of lean.

It also relives some of the monotony caused by riding on a straight road to get to the twisties as well as applying a little more temperature to the edges of the tyres prior to going round some corners and adds a little bit more safety to the whole riding thing.

As for car drivers' opinions of motorcyclists the vast majority of them really do like bikes and either want to get one or love to tell you about the days when they had one or their boyfriend had one. Anyone meeting motorists with a hatred of motorcycles has just been unfortunate to meet a random fuckwit.

Mind you it could feasible be that EVERYONE I speak to is just lying to me and secretly hates bikers......

You've got some serious self image issues. Sounds like old farts syndrome hitting early.

As a progressively older rider it takes me longer to get the reflexes sharpened and get in the zone as such. A little bit of weaving also keeps my concentration up so I don't snooze. But it pays to be aware that cagers don't know what you are thinking when you start heading towards them unexpectedly.

Really? And how's that? What did they do to deserve to be called dickheads and give bikers a bad name and make the 'public' hate us (Who are part of the public)?

Geez, I don't! In fact I want folk to be a lot more tolerant of me.

I just adore doing the slow right/left roll....The wide version of tyre-warming when you first hit the track.... on any road devoid of those who might impecuniate me; AKA, the cops.

It's like a man's personal version of Rainbows End.

And doing such, on a warm and sublime morning, up and across the three lanes heading South into the Bombay hills, with nary another vehicle in sight, is just.....Wonderful. 50M S-turns at....well let's not mention the forward velocity.....is just heaven.

Geez, Dipshit! You're not the other half of Katmans 18 brain-cells are ya?

There's a difference between doing it shortly before hitting a good section through the Catlins... to a couple of homos doing it down the main street of Invercargill.

Remember it's usually the one you didn't see that gets you.

Maybe some motorcyclists should stop thinking that the sun shines out of their backside and their shit never stinks. Quite possibly from the outside they looked like a couple of wankers.

Crazy radical concept for you people, i know... but there you go.

I somehow think that the southern motorway near Bombay is actually not the main street of Invercargill, just doesn't quite sound right. So to quote you but fix it "There's a difference between doing it on the southern motorway near Bombay... to a couple of homos doing it down the main street of Invercargill."

Well done dipshit you are very smart!

Maybe you should use your mirrors every now and again. Might make you realise you can discover what surrounds you!

Quite possibly they looked like a couple of wankers, woop de fucken do, I see a hundred 'wankers' a day, doesn't mean I think all black/white/yellow people are idiots or all cagers/bikers/cyclists are idiots.

You sure sound like a wanker, and I'm gonna go ahead and classify you as an idiot too. Doesn't mean that all KBers are idiots though. Or that all who ride sv1000s are idiots either. Cause I'm not an idiot, and don't think like that.
