Oh the selection... there were rowing machines, cycle thingies, ab flexie roll around on the floor things. It was like walking into the "as seen on TV store" in the 1990s except the shop assistants had no teeth.

Anyway, the spacemate was there and there was a power rider there too, so I put em side by side and worked out for a while! and the space mate is definately better, i recon it's cos it's bigger and the handles have like universal joints so you can focus the pain into different areas just by slightly modifying you style.

Secondfield is talking of going there to pick up the power rider now LOL, i recon we'll get so into it that we'll forget we ever rode dirtbikes and just start an exercise club... naaaaah, gay
Would have looked funny as hell dude rocks up at the dump jumps out grabs some exercise machines and starts doin a work out classic.

Barty if his personality is like his posts I can certainly see him doing it!! And good on him!! Love to go riding with you Kezz it'd be fun!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Oh boy, a power rider! I remember as a kid being dragged along by my mum in a long and boring car ride to go buy her one of those from either an as seen on tv shop or the trade and exchange. Wonder if it's in the attic somewhere?
I have a x trainer which I quite like, got it cheap on trademe...Finally somewhere to stick that spare KB sticker!

A crocodile clip attached to the scrotum can extend the 2 minute thing apparently - let me know if it works Kezza!

Fark that!! convinced a mate to stick some jumperleads on his lip once when I was a kid lol still makes me laugh ,the look on his face . they were the big grunty ones to not those stupid little ones they sell at the servo made it bleed to

On a slightly more serious note training I eat things that taste good and try to go to the gym once or twice a month have been playing around on a mountain bike a bit gd exercise ,fun and so bloody light and flickable between the trees .

exercise of the week for me "spews" a burpie that includes a press up and add a chin up at teh end of jumping up do 3 sets of 10 as fast as you can really gets the heart going

some interesting stuff on this site http://www.rosstraining.com/
