My thoughts would be Sunday... but we want as many people there as possible... so let us know, we need to book sooner than later.
I'm happy with that weekend, does't bother me which day. If I HAD to pick a day, it would be Saturday, but really doesn't worry me.

Nah, the council have put nice wooden slat walkways in especially so Dakars can get over the dunes

so I reckon same place sorta thing on the

Motorcycle event dates already booked up (general m/c interest)
    4-5th Nov, nelson Rally
    12th Nov, BEARs rnd6
25-26th Nov, Magpie Rally / Munro Chalange
9-10th Dec, South Is KB Rally
    17th Dec, CAMs meet
*If I have left something out let me know*

    OPTIONS

    11th Nov
    18-19th Nov
    2 Dec
    16th Dec

My choice is Sunday 19th Nov or the 2nd Dec

From Dec all Sundays will be booked out at Spencer, and after the 2nd its getting to close to Xmas, Nov will be more doable for room.
Long Drop Rally at Enfield is weekend prior to South Island KB Rally- os so I believe.

I dont think a day has been decided on yet, and the reality is no matter what day is picked there will always be someone that it wont work for

OK, and for the record Im asking people opinions now...

How would Saturday 2 December work?
Maybe a late lunch type of thing... say 3pm.

So people can do what they need to before hand, finish work, go for a ride... what ever... then we can all relax and spend some time having a good laugh

I was going to post a whole pile of stuff but having got to the end of the posts all I can say is hell this threads gone a long way in a couple of days, from having no date to now having a time. I'm impressed. The date/day/time works well for for me.
