A more literate KB poster on the other hand would be a damn handy thing (in fact we need a shitload more literate posters here).

It can give you somewhere handy to park a bicycle if you place him face down on the floor.

You're on the wind up early today. Have you attacked your collection of fine wines and spirits already?

I would shut the hell up and not post it on KB. Then no one would know should i actually be considering breaking the law.

Honstly made its not worth risk long term, you are better parking bike up for 3-6months(whatever term ya get) or selling it which ever takes ya fancy.

Cause like we all know its not if, its when will you crash, get pulled over again. Is it really worth getting hundreds, thousands dollars worth of tickets. and lose of licenes. No insurance or expensive inusrance later in life.

Wasting your finger-pads. They don't listen to the grammar police either
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Having seen many such cases whilst waiting in the court for many hours to say "not guilty", I must say I am amazed at how everyone who gets caught for driving whilst disqualified seems to get caught the first time they try driving without a license.

Every one has the same storey. It was my first time your honour. So and so never picked me up for work and I didn't want to get the sack, so i drove. I know I shouldn't have and it was my first time etc etc.
If I was the judge I'd lock the dicks up for insulting my intelligence (ok, ok).

Most seemed to get off quite lightly with a slap on the wrist. Mind you Gareth, being a single white male under 25, there is no hope.

what i did when it happened to me a few years ago:

    1. 28 day suspension for going 51 over the limit (when 50 was the "threshold", DOH!)

    2. Busted on day 27 riding my bike

    3. Ended up loosing my license for 3 months and had the bike impounded on the spot (and a big fine)

so now i have the decision to make:

obey the law and catch the bus for the next 27 days, and then maybe another 3-6months depending on how court goes

    or

flaunt the law and 'ride dirty' til I get my licence back?

    What would you do?

If i get caught riding with no licence its another 3months without licence and the bike gets impounded for a month at a cost of $470.

At current my bike is up for sale, but that may change if the court appearance goes well.
dangerous speed carries minimum of 6 months disqual.
    careless carries none.
being caught riding while suspended/disqual means impound 28 days, and further 6 months disqual (usually cumulative on the first disqual too)
