Big ups, and thanks to the HB crew that met us for a tasty lunch at the Thirsty Whale, and then came for a ride with us towards Taupo.

(Yeah Yeah I know you were just making sure we left town)

Mighty nice to ride behind MSTRS, nice pace and some great lines.... Cheers

RobertyDog nice to finally match a face to the name.

Yungatart, no worries about being last, even if you had come the whole way with us....

So thanks guys and girls was a nice catch up - must do again shortly....

Nice vids, Rob. The first one is White pine Bush to Tutira and the second one is Tutira Store to Putorino...maybe our most favouritest bit of road. And damn - if trucks can cross the centreline, so can bikes eh W?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Hi Rob. Nice vids. It's like riding it myself. Gota get a camera on the gixxer. How about we put yours on the gixxer one day and get some of the R1 doing it from behind. Can you record the engine noise?

You can use it anytime. Its about finding somewhere to mount it so that it dosnt vibrate to much. The camera is a waterproof camera. So the mic is covered and you tend to hear a muffled noise of the bike.

Vibration would be to much for the camera

Actually worked really well. thinking about putting more rubber mounts under mine but I have a feeling it will make it worse

    4x4 Saturday not Sunday

While out moving steers this morning I realised I have made a mistake. I need to correct my mistake.

The 4x4 rally is on Saturday not Sunday.

My mistake and yes I should have known that as we are hosting it but I have little to do with the event other than provide the land. We had it in the diary as Sunday and have had it in there for months. Never mind it is on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a gate charge but it should be a great day out.

    We riding on Monday?

To assume is to make an ass of us both. I assumed as Sunday is the norm for the 4x4 club events we go to.

Maybe a semi-dense foam rather than rubber and tie it down moderately tight with zip ties like R-dog did. I agree, reckon it turned out pretty well.
