It's a shame I'm so far away or I could lend you some gear in the interim while you organise permanent stuff. VERY gorgeous little bike by the way and it really does suit you!

I'm glad you realise that the blood lust will get to you in the end. You'll be buying up every old bike and saying things like, "it just needs a new widget and it will be as good as new!" and "that's just a five minute job" and "I'm sure I've got a spare one of those in the box at the back of the garage... I'll buy this old bike then find the bits that fit!"

    Welcome to your new obsession

Thanks! Awesome, I'm sure we'll give you a buzz tonight, although if you could PM me a home phone number it'll be a bit cheaper for me to call

Yeah that is a shame, I suppose it's better to get me properly kitted out in my own gear before I get on my bike though And thank you! It's nice to know it does suit me, I feel very comfortable on it.

Yeah the bloodlust will kick in, I'm sure. I'm lucky my old man is a bike mechanic and has been since the early 70's, it's good to have had someone check it over before I bought it and to help me* fix it up.

(when I say help, I mean do it himself and show me how he's doing it)

Try to hang onto it when you want to move on bike wise, never know what that bike might be worth if you keep it in an original state.

    Hi Joliet,
Welcome to the wicked world of riding

I have a pair of thick leather womans pants (jean style), they are a size 12 I reckon, the tags said 10 but they are definately bigger than a standard 10. They are split up the seams at the bottom of the legs because they wouldn't fit over my boots, but would be easy enough to have re-stitched. apart from that they are in mint condition as i only wore them twice. You can have them just for the freight cost if you want them, if they dont fit then just keep them until im down your way again

No probs. I'll pack them up and put them on the courier, not sure how much it will be, probably not much, I'll just pay it and sort it later with you when I know the cost. I probably cant get a chance to get to the courier depot until Friday. Hope thats ok.

    PM me your address details.
