Its a cool site, its all free the only adds you pay for are "help wanted"

Its 10.00pm here in Alaska and the light is like 4.00pm even though the Sun sets at 11.00pm

Cool pics Brendon, looks like a really awesome spot. So, Kiwibiker is going international now, how do we spell that in American?

    Angry Dropped It

Gutted and pissed off with myself. Dropped "Zena" in town last night after Ten Pin Bowling with the Orthopaedic Nurses Last Night. Idiot. Rev'ed "her" up leaving and hit a greasey spot. Back tyre broke loose. Slow highside. And down she went. Hole in left engine cover. Dent and marks in Tank. Cracked Bikini Fairing as well as the usual scratches. I'm OK. Pride hurt more than the body. Worse bit is having dropped the bike in front of my new work colleges. They must think I'm an arse.

    Alaska

What an amazing place, it’s a lot like South Westland in New Zealand. But think that millions of times bigger, with even bigger Mountains, Valleys Glaciers etc

The Wildlife is amazing I saw Bears catch spawning Salmon, a baby Moose drinking from a pond on the side of the road, my Brother had a conference in Anchorage and one of the guys came down from Prudhoe Oil field (the start of the Alaskan pipeline) and said they just had a heard of 30,000 Caribou pass through.

I rented a Bike 08 KLR650 and rode from Anchorage to Valdez (the end of the pipline) 500odd km each way was real cool.
They go real well this one seemed a bit restricted it topped out about 95mph and the front did not want to come up by itself.

I am back in Seattle and looking for a bike to buy.
