    The really awesome thing is that he's not completely clueless about how to use the bars - he's just taking the piss big time. I love the groin sling he does at one point - makes me wonder whether he's wearing a groin protector.

    My children are all gymnasts and this guy is good. Very high skills especially for an adult. Great post, the clip is a family favourite.
