Imagine what he would think of the R1 or W's Gixxer.
thanks steve,i must give jan a ring, ive got his number, was hoping to
do a bit of a ride comparo..i think my rf is a tad sluggish but would
like to sample another one side by side before i delve in further..

Well, I made my way to the BP, sat on the little lawn like a biker-garden-gnome & waited from 1:15pm till 1:45pm ... and 2% of Napier's driving population got to see 'Schado No Friends' drinking a redbull but not growing wings.

But in saying that, I popped out to the hillclimb event twice and fully appreciate why no one wanted to waste their time riding around the same damn block again lol.

I might have to enter that event next year. Hopefully by then I will be able to corner with my knee less that two feet away from the ground hehehe. Some amazing rides... I wish I could had a vantage point where I could have seen each bike do the whole track... cos some of them were fair fanging it !!!

Oh MOTORBIKES - I love em!!!

ill be out at clive for the classic club ride next sat at 1pm mite take
    the rf then methinks
Yeah, that event sounds great. I like to go to everything I can, so long as I can afford it. It would be cool to meet up with another RF owner for sure. Compare? Well I'm not sure that it's a good time for that. After a short little ride today I noticed that my temp guage isnt going past the 'cold' marker, even though the bike shoure be hotter. So that worries me a little in that it won't engage the fan when needed. So, I will have to investigate that from my none mechanic pint of view and see if I can resolve that.

Well done the hill climb today. I need a bike with not so much grunt. That rear wheel likes going sideways. Front wheel going sky ways.
About 35 bikes having a hoon today and everyone pretty much had smiles trying to better there times. They put on an awesome BBQ and had burgers and bangers to purchase. They sold out of them burgers.

So ive added a video clip where you will see me sky ways and sideways. Would of been a good time if that didnt happen.

Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

Denniso was the fastest of the KB locals. He almost came second, but was third overall. A chap(13) from Otaki (Bruce) on an Aprilia 550 was FTD. Guy on Husaberg was 2nd. All motards.

Wayne.A was the fastest of us three (15) XR Johnny (12) and I was the most economical ! ! (19)
Roberty what number were you ?
