My bad. Misunderstood you - thought you were saying you had to get to work, realise now you were telling me to get to work.

And back on topic - 4 days without smoking as of noon today.

Always hated pulling up behind a cage when someone in it was smoking - I'd get a whiff of the smoke and want to have one - which I couldn't on the bike. Nearly would go nuts.

I have smoked twice or so on my bike. I dont like it tremendously as it makes my helmet stink for days.

specially since I just bought a new on and its still got that new smell and feel to it.

but I was thinking about a tube running to the side of a helmet. stops ashing in your face and the wind from putting it out, also if you need both hands on the handles then you dont breathing your own but smoke etc. like this

Good idea imagine the looks ya'd get from cagers with a smoke taped to the back of your helmet. How would you know when you're smoking filter though?

    Is this for real?!!
Can you really smoke and ride!?
Forkingel - makes me want to start smoking again, and place a cocktail umbrella down my knob and open it up while gauging out my eyeball with a rusty screwdriver.

Filthy habit smoking, only stupid people smoke.

    I'm with u Wolf - 4 days no smoke!!

By calling everyone who smokes stupid I'm just trying to convince myself that I really, really don't want to walk past the local dairy this morning while walking the dog and buy a packet of 20 silky smooth smokes......because I'm not stupid. Most of the time, well just once wouldn't hurt. But I'm above all that. Honest.

    5 days 7 hours 32 minutes 17 seconds without a smoke.

4 days 23 hours 12 minutes - give or take half an hour - since my last.

Still not going to get half my brain removed (like many ex-smokers and a lot of non-smokers I've met) tho' - no one is going to convince me that "Passive Smoking" is more harmful and causes more deaths than actively smoking.
