Working on it. Have to get the bobbin lifters laser cut etc. takes time etc...Maybe if you take your bobbins off for the moment you would have more room on the swingarm. Just an idea.

    Where are my bobbin arms??
Yep! I think i will be keen on one of these! I also have an R1 and would like one with the bobbin arms. (i will also need the bobins! Any ideas where to get em from? and how much?)

Looks like a good job! Do they come in black?

Only in silver/grey at the moment. Don't know where to get the bobbins, I am sure that a lot of the bike shops would have em.
I am still looking into the bobbin support options, should have it sorted soon.

Just to add to the bikes that the stand has been tested on; my ZXR400 fits sweet-as. I'm even more happy with the stand now Swannie. I lubed two chains in a day!

    Mmmmmmmmmm, lubrication.

Excellent. Currently fabricating MK2 stand using threaded rod to adjust lifter. Also looking into bobbin hooks.

Well I have just sold the last one on trademe. So thanks to all you guys who got a stand, and showed an interest. What I now call the Mark 1.

I am currently tooling up for Mark 2. This stand differs most in the lifter which use threaded rod as the lateral adjusters. Means less welding and no locking knobs required. Also looking to get some bobbin hooks cut as well so the stand can work for more bikes. If it is not too expensive I may look at electroplating them for that bling effect. The next batch will be ready quite soon so I'll keep you posted.

    Thanks everyone.

really dont want to put you out of business but I have created a stand for those elite with single sided swingarms, BUT and this is a big BUT mine will also happily do standard swinging arms as well!

How much you ask? well each one is custom made to the bike so a small fitting charge of one beer plus material costs means it would cost under 10 dollars!!

Looks like you can carry it in your backpack too. Or chop one of a tree if you are far from home.
