Flatmate Wanted in Albany (Auckland)

We own a 4brm/3bthrm house and wish to rent a room.........

Our house is situated in the prestigious Scarlet Oak Drive, Albany. (Just up from Kristin College) Only a 5min drive to 4 different shopping centers! And only 3mins to the Albany Speights Ale house Close to bus route and its only 3-stages into the CBD via the Northern Express service.


The room: (As in Piccy 4)

- Large Double Wardrobe
- North-facing (sunny room) with view of backyard
- Awesome flatmates (me/Qkidd plus one other who is hardly home)
- ADSL (10G/per mth) Xtra Adventure

The house has a huge stainless steel kitchen. (Pic 2) We are on gas here for heating / water / cooking. We also have a BBQ on our huge (soon to be completed) deck. We are in the stages of buying a brand new $15,000 (edit) spa as well. (Awesome after those long rides...)


Cost: $150 p/w plus power (and share of ADSL if used) SKY TV will be installed in the next couple of weeks, with no extra charge.

Available from next weekend. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy. We are relatively quiet people (Don't mind guests around but not into partying 24/7) This room is being offered to Kiwibikers first then will go into the Trade and Exchange/NZHerald if not filled. (Would be nice to have another bikie here....) First one to view the house/room will prob take it - its a very nice house/area to live in. (Just ask Riderinblack/GR81 they have visited us)

No it hasnt but there is one bathroom downstairs (next to the room on offer) which you share with the other flatmate (we call him 'the ghost' cause ya hardly see him)

Yep but that's what happens when you have to go to work @ 5am this morning.... becides the dishwasher was full / was working

Oh the phones on the wall - 1 is a standard ph line the other is to answer the front door (intercom) we stil have the one on the wall cause the other one on the benchtop relies on power, so if there is a powercut we still can use da phone! Simpl eh?

Lovely home you have there Mr & Mrs Qk! Pity you weren't oferring it 2 months ago then I may have been keen, but then again i'd need a separate double gargre just to store all my 'stuff' in.

Must come ova and see the place some time soon anyway, have been waiting for the house-warming but according to Qkkid that won't happen until the deck is completed - doh!

Well if you wanna come for a nosey your very welcome buddy just pm us or ring the photos dont show the full picture of the house We would consider to the right person the bathroom to themselves its practicarly a onsuite the kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor tile heating too
