Hit me with your pet shark, fire away!

You come on with the compost, you don't fry hair; that's OK, see my pair.

(Yeah, pathetic I know, but it's time to go home, and it's the best I could manage at short notice...)
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

I think they understood the idea of a 'one-joke joke'.

I was going to be Buddha for a while, but I forgot, and it all sort of fizzled out.

But a joke so complex I'm surprised Vishnu didn't have a hand in it. It certainly has been quiet on the [thread of whose name we shall not speak] front for some time.

Well, no, I don't think he is. His posts are more 'the giant pink lizards are waving four and a half keyboards in front of me, and you want me to SPELL right?' type.

Wari! Get on the thread and let's 'ave a bit of hallucinogenic counterargument here, eh?

Actually, I thought 'frequently inherent' was quite a good description.

    The... Scottish Thread!

Never fear. I have a whole new can of theological worms, all ready for the opening. If I wasn't supposed to be working (urk) right now, I'd start in on it. As it is I just don't seem to be able to collect enough spare time and energy to get into it, but the thread's not going anywhere in the meantime.

I better go do some work.

[Edit: I'm in my gargre. Not at the office. FWIW.]

I used to be inherent but my mother pointed out I was just misunderstood ....so now I'm just incinerating that you fellas are talking a load of bullocks ....
As to the queens english ... it appears to me that we talk a bastardised version of just about every other language going, using words of convenience borrowed on a semi-permanent basis until they become accepted by the oxford or whatever else is the guide to the evolving entity that is "our" language. If it's used often enough then it's OK ....

Go on, taunt and tantalize and tempt me. It won't work. I won't be drawn. I've sworn off theologizing. Ever since I went on a ride with Zed. I mean, he's such a nice guy...

Seems wrong, somehow, to fall out over piddling matters like the nature of God and the fate of mankind...
