If I was NK I wouldn't be worried about GWB.
I'd be shitting myself about the fact that Japan and China concluded their first successful joint summit in 15 years and both agreed to strongly object to NK testing nukes and intercede when they feel they need to. Japan has its first PM born after WWII. He's not carrying the baggage that all the previous post-war Japanese political leaders have.
The Japanese Navy is fairly damn potent now, much better equipped than China's.
Combine that with a red wave of Chinese troops from the Nth and we'll have cheap Korean prostitutes in Tokyo before Christmas.
There's a fair few rounds flying across the 49th parallel too.
