And if the driver of the car had an accident and Hulen Clark died (oh fuck what a shame), would he lose his license or get a promotion?

Politics: From the Latin word, poli, meaning many; and tics, meaning small irritating insects.

The lot of them should be shot. Politicians don't seem to get that we, as citizens of this country are the leaders. We should have the power, all they should do is put out views into action.

Billie-Joe Armstrong from Greenday has it right: "And remember one thing. Regardless of who the powers that be are, the people that you elect, that I elect into office, remember, you have the fucking power! We're the fucking leaders! Don't let these bastards dictate your life or try to tell you what to do!"

It pisses me off something chronic to know that the country I live in, along with many others in the world are being fucked over by pen-pushing pricks who think they know best. I have a quote, "Anarchy is true peace; those that are pathetic enough to abuse it, don't deserve it." That basically means that anarchy and the ideas it holds, are the only way we can achieve peace as a person. But people that abuse the right of doing what you want, by killing etc, don't deserve that peace. Democracy, communism, facism etc etc will never work, because that's how society is. People will always break rules set by the powers, and people will always rebel against them. But anarchy will never work in the way it was designed to, so we have politicians, unfortunately.

Politics are bastards. Nobody should be 'in charge' of a country. A country should be 'in charge' of itself.

Peace hath higher tests of manhood

    than battle ever knew.

With any luck, Labour will get to realise (due to the lack of calls to said number) that the vast majority of their supporters are the no-hopers who live off the state and who won't understand the concept of giving to the government. Their role, as they have been well taught by Uncle Helen, is to RECEIVE government donations.

    One can only hope.....

And you'd get a banker who has a history of cheating on his wife.

Reguardless of what political persuasion one has...............the real tradgedy of society is the lack of trust and honesty that is not only prevelent in the Beehive but throughout society as a whole.

Depends who is making that decision.

With you it would be promotion. (bit like the whipround to pay the drivers fines)

Me? I'd see that he would lose his licence for driving like a 'boy racer.'

This in a nutshell is the problem with politics in this dumbarse country, them or us! Look outside the square people, there's more than two party's out there, turn national and labour into minor party's with your vote and make some real changes.
    Drew for Prime Minister!
