    Smile First 100 days

thanks to jt and the new board for posting what is happening mnz wise ,one thinks the President may have reached new heights in diplomacy, rumours abound that there are some formly in the purple circle who are having difficulty with being asked to do their jobs, who could it be that is stirring up the kindred spirits when asked to account for some very unprofessional activity.
a review of mnz gets my vote, congratulations must go the new board for making the hard decisions as they promised.
maybe the members will finally get some tangible benefits?
sommmmehow one thinks a certain performance on utube recently was not dedicated to the new board.

RROF (roadracingoldfart) What I dislike is accusations made by people hiding behind nom de plumes. The first post ever on kiwibiker by Joanna makes accusations, does not provide any detail, and comes from an anonymous accuser. Yes, I use a nom de plume, but I give my identity away by saying that my identity is my Reg no. I am Warren New, My car reg no is BYKMAD. Who are you Joanna???????????

Whoa guys are we so touchy for a reason.
Actually my name is Joanna surname Taylor, not sure why anyone thought it a non du plume.
Apologies for the slip on the typing as a novice poster still finding my way round the site.
weekend warrior in the motorcross department ,club member ,never going to be in a national team but having fun trying.
read copy of the Presidents report on holeshot, and saw a copy at a club motorcross,no big agenda ,just extended my congratulations.
at same function members were given point of view of motorcross commissioner who had evidently told a commissioners meeting he had budgets ,but didnt produce them .
tone of conversation washow hard done by he was , having to produce them and how even though event had run at a loss last year he was upset at being asked to do some planning,
now im just an ordinary person im entitled to my opinion posted to show my appreciation to someone in mnz actually talking to members,
I really object to some of the totally wrong information being curculated so my postings from now on will be totally factual,
its time we all stood up for people who really are tryingto get something done for the riders and no i havnt actually spoken to new president but all the motorcross contingent will know what im talking about

    Talking speedshow

In the interests of honesty i can now report i saw the mnz President at last Weekends Speedshow,
the show which was at ASB event centre was replacing the Big Boys Toys and very enjoyable for mum dad and the kids,
In fact so enjoyable a new bike found its way home,
pity weather was drizzling on saturday, lots to do and see outside, great for the enthusiast as well as the serious racer, didnt quite have the pizaz of big boys but on the way ,good to see representation from large and small importers and brands, kids and dads favourite, the hand crafted Battle choppers from Christchurch, very Mad max, brilliant workmanship, would have been nice to see some of the clubs represented or mnz as lots of car clubs .
hope it happens again next year.
I trust this posting upset no-one of a sensitive nature.

    Blah sensitivity

woe is me two upsetting items in one posting, must try harder.

while im at it apologies to warren new, no i didnt automatically recognise your number plate was your user name till after you so thoughtfully pointed it out in a following post, and even then didnt realise until told you were the sensitive lad who couldnt work with new board and resigned immediately.great love for the sport in evidence there.
Before you jump on some other new poster in future for using their own name, perhaps you might pause to consider other people might just have the right to their opinion as you do .
or perhaps its just a teensy bit of sour grapes creeping in.:

Just remind yourself, of course, that everyone else is also posting only facts.

No one will then dispute or discuss anything, since it's all actually the facts. No point is there?

Then there's the esoteric option that we are only saying our opinion, how we feel, or what we believe, but hey theres no fun in that.

Thanks for that ,revisited and found the comment posted below the news item.
as i spent large amounts of time on diffrent distributors stands at show making the big new bike decicision,it was obvious that the new President is held in regard by the industry from comments that were being made,so well said Mark collier.
isnt it strange though having reread old posts on kiwi biker, how people feel threatened by ability, you can just about work out the talkers from the doers,or the well i could do what he does if i had the time ones.
Back to original post ,i realise most seem to be road racers on this site but spare a thought for the motor xs here , can some one fill me in on why the road race championships seems to have it together and why we seem to be the after thought . entry forms just out for nationals and they are next month , and could anyone actually work out the original entry form before we got the office explaining what they meant to say, made me glad i wasnt entering ,by the time i figured out what was what theyd be over.
loved the explaination for the greater than promised entry cost, didnt realise it cost so much to get results ready for media, doesnt mnz have a media person these days, always used to

ps i just knew you had to be from somewhere dark and brooding ,the above fairly quivers with repression .dangerous bastards have from my personal past experiences turned into pussy cats when their fur is stroked the right way.what a sad life it is for those who cant see there is two sides to every story.who have a fit of the vapours when presented with an opposing point of view, shamefully in your eyes i suppose i must admit iv always had the most fun expressing my point of view, and as i dispute or discuss till the cows come home we wont have to worry about running out of topics ,
i can feel some classics just waiting to burst out, must warn the sensitive so the feathers can fluff up in advance, do the words get a life spring to mind here, only in the nicest possible way of course
