    ZXR stock exhaust baffle system

Yeah... here is the Baffle system for noobs like me to look at and figure out how to get a little more sound.
Basically you need to puncture that middle wall with a long sharp implement from exhaust tip (read hammer and screwdriver), creating a more straightthrough flow, or take it further and take out the meshed pipe that goes to the exhaust tip/end if you are extremely hardcore.

This may not work for every system... but if you want to do it best of luck.
My system was much bassier and not a whole lot louder unless you really 'explode the exhaust box' then you notice the noise difference.
The bike just got new carbs before i changed the exhaust and it seems to have not made a difference to temps (I seem to remember reading somewhere that carbs might need balancing if it runs to lean with less exhasut resistance).

My stock exhaust is pretty much the same as the JMCA pipe internally except the large middle wall has been punctured about 4-5cm in diameter so you can see through the pipe.

Next step is probably mesh and the rest of the pipe system... but its fine for now

    Hope this helps some people
