    For sale: 03 z1000

I've recently purchased another bike, so the Z needs to find a new loving home.

At this stage, I'd like to sell it with the Mivv pipes but if any prospective owner doesn't want them, I'll reduce the price.
The bike comes with the Mivv exhausts, frame sliders, thicker engine case sliders, a fender eliminator and cats-eyes indicators. All standard fittings are included.

I did have a low speed spill with the bike about 18 months ago but it was all repaired via insurance and Filco Farm and Sport did the work. All the services were done by them too.

The bike presently has a mix of tyres on but will come with Pirelli Stradas with about 2000km on them.

Pictures of the bike can be seen in the attachment page, here....

    http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/im...ew&userid=1593

The bike has 16046km at the moment but I'll be taking it for the odd ride to keep the battery fresh, so it'll change a bit.

As for the asking price, I have it on Trademe with a reserve of $9750.... Just thought I'd let ya'all know...

Thanks. I'll be sad to see the bike go but I have too many and don't ride half of them...

What a fuckin bargan I dont think that you will be stuck with the Z for too long with a asking price like that I would have thought 11,500 was a good price

I agree but at this stage it goes both ways. Someone gets a good deal and I sell quickly. That's the objective...

You already have one, or is yours an 'original' Z? Or are you considering a 'his and hers' setup?

His and Hers. He can't pry Skunk Control off "his" one.

GO ON SKUNK, you won't get a better one!

It's an 04 in Green. Jims right - I can't get Skunk Control off the bloody thing. I've only riden it with her on the back or else she's on it and I'm on the RD.

Only thing stopping me is money... just spent heaps on our roof.

    No need to explain...

Just out of curiosity... Who'd get the black one then? Would you take it or keep the green one?

I should add, the bike also has a 03-04 ZX6R rear shock in it. The ride is a lot better than with the standard rear shock. For my weight anyway...
