Flat-hunting cat, North Shore, Akld...

House-trained cat looking for a single room to rent, preferably on the North Shore, Akld - approx rent $100-$130pw (OSP needed for road bike only). Cat loves people, but not prepared to share oxygen with other animals - some may say cat has social problems, but cat doesn't think so. Cat comes with baggage: one female owner, who loves her bikes & figures flatting with other bike-mad people would be better than those things called car drivers... ahem. Cat baggage is currently full-time professional, but going back to full-time study next year... which is why cat is being forced to downsize into single room/cheap accomm. Looking to be in a place by end of October, so let me know if cat sounds like an ideal flattie (P.S. owner is nothing like bossy cat - very tidy & quiet... except when talking bike-smack of course!)
