Cut
Not cut
No, but thinking about getting it done
I'm a girlie
Dude - who stuck a cactus up your arse?
The original question from Panther... (and I quote) "I've always wondered about the distribution of circumcised gentlemen in our population."
Does this poll not exactly answer that question? Shoot me down on this one please... I'm even open to symantics but...

' circumcision 'cuts' hiv infection'
title has nothing to do with it. although the joined post asks same as the poll, it wasn't anything to do with the title of the post and the main reason (to provide a news article). the question was a secondary part. should not have been moved.
cactuses make a big ***y time. i like!
Spank asked "So who's been cut?" and set up a poll delivering the ratio of cut to non cut to other to women..
ok
Panther then said "Well, guys, I've always wondered about the distribution of circumcised gentlemen in our population. All suspicions you might have to the contrary, I myself don't have a statistically valid sample to derive from, so please, respond away. "
One answered the question then posed by another...
Or did I kinda miss something?

Watched a doco of SKY last night called The Valley of Life or Death. Apparently why circumcision helps protect against HIV is that HIV can't penetrate the skin on a penis (but can in the arse and vagina) unless there is a cut/opening in the skin, but the foreskin soaks up the HIV infection like sponge.
Its not a commonly used practice in 1st world countries i.e NZ, its mainly for countries in sub-sarharan Africa where HIV is rife. It has been shown in a few papers to confer resistance to HIV but also to a few other genital medical problems (genital ulcer disease). IMO anything that prevents 50% of cases of HIV acquisition in a continent with 34 million people affected is worth it!
I dont think it will become common practice here.
