Quick summary from my skim read:

Classes have been extended to include bigger bikes and divided to seperate "Normally Aspirated" and "Fuel" engines.
(fuel being Supercharged/Turbo/NOS
Normally Aspirated being engines that aren't that also meet the specifications for gasoline as set out in the rules.)

Satey rules regarding the set up of venue added.
