I hear there's a windows app by the name of hvcplus that decrypts UHF broadcasts on the fly using a decentish PC and TV tuner card..

..Of course one would only consider using such an application for scientific/educational purposes only..

I currently use this in Devonport and it works quite well as long as there is a decent signal, ie no rain!
