Yeah you not wrong.....was such a terrible accident! I was the first or second on the scene. Three bikes had just zapped past me as I was nursing a bald tyre...down to the canvas. Came around a corner to find our good mate wandering around dazed. Couldn't see his bike anywhere. Looked down the bank & found the Busa & R1. The Busa rider was just sitting on the upper bank, where he'd landed, white as and very quiet. He knew he had some broken ribs and it was a long wait for the ambo and chopper.

I've done countless Poker Runs and never seen carnage like that before....I dont think I will be doing anymore big rides like this.

Steady's Mrs took a few pics of the poor guy being put on the stretcher....rude! Felt like asking if she had her dictaphone handy so she could record the screaming too.

    Hey all,

Thought I'd let ya's know. I dropped in on him after work, He's looking good (well as good as he gets) and is his usual cheerful self (and he's being treated like a king I might add). He'll be off work for up to 2 weeks but I doubt it'll keep him down for long.

The bike came out incredibly well with only frontal damage (the frame sliders weren't even touched!). I expect it won't be long before we see it back on the road.

He appreciates all the calls, messages and thoughts and I'm sure we'll be hearing from him soon. let's just keep things quiet while all the bullshit gets sorted out

he's all good, is back at work and was at the pub thursday night looking his usual self. takes more than a fat arsed busa to keep that man down.
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off
