It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

Don't put too much stock in what you read. The only review that counts is your own. I checked out the new Kwaka last weekend and have to say that bike would almost make me give up my naked's and go back to sports bikes.

Ride 'em both and whichever one rings your bells is the one you park in your garage.

Mmmm its a tough call, it does look better in black and with the tail tidy, but I still cant quite get past the squashed front end, not saying the new R1 is an oil painting either......

But thats my opinion, and frankly if we all liked the same stuff it would be a pretty boring world. Imagine if everybody rode a GSXR!!! (joking.....)

Keep it! Those '04-06 R1's are the purtiest thang this side of a 1098, better looking than the next gen R1's and still plenty quick enough when you are getting up it.

I can't believe there are 53 responses (and rising...) to a 2 choice question....

Have to agree on both counts..... Only making it 54 now.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

If you want to be a hard-arsed individual and ride a bike that's different from the gay, sheep and prissy, then yes, a Kawi is the choice.

They are indeed raw and untamed.... That said, you'll only know that if you ride like a complete twat on the road, or push it on the track...

It reminds me of a movie quote (sort of) "You want a Kawasaki???YOU WANT A KAWASAKI???? YOU CANT HANDLE A KAWASAKI!!!"

Yamahahahahaha's are a great bike, don't get me wrong, they're just not a Kawasaki... Besides they're a "very pretty bike" I've heard some hot females describe them as, but who wants a bike that can be described as pretty (Apart from Honduh riders of course - who want hot guys to notice them)?

Green all the way mate...but don't take my word for it...go ride one and you won't have a choice after that (Besides...hot girls don't want a guy who rides a 'pretty' bike).
