Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

New rear gets fitted early next week, nearly everything else is sorted out just a few minor things to do Monday, then the better half and I head out early Wednesday taking the scenic route via the West Coast, I am doing well she has even granted permission to do the crown ranges .

We intend breaking the trip there into three chunks, only because I have a habit of stopping and taking photos but nothing is planned except getting to the destination Friday afternoon.

Should you come across a slow travelling silver Duke, or for that matter on stopped on the side of the road with a long haired bloke looking intently through a camera view finder feel free to wave as you go past, perhaps we shall meet on the road.

Hell we are looking forward to this.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Hey McJim is there any chance I could pay you a few dollars and get you to charge my camera and laptop a couple of time over the weekend? PM me if you think we can come to some arrangement, cheers.

    Talking not long now,,,,

Am so looking forward to this, its my first burt............I met a guy at the Magpie who looked the spitting image of Anthony Hopkins no less, he was with a group of dudes from Christchurch, and they howled with laughter when I announced the likeness.

Question, what the difference between these two?
    (from http://burtmunrochallenge.com/burtmunro/theEvent)

Burt Munro Challenge Rally $50 includes entry into race events.
Spectator Pass for race events $30 plus $2 booking

    rally and spectator

the $50 is to the rally, camp out and everything, the $30 is just a spectator pass to the events only.

That's better than doing something that gets you so famous you get your name in the alphabetical section at the back of the paper...
