Auckland Monthly Meet/Feed Mon 6th March

    Hey All

    The usual story:

Where: Hell kohi, 295 Kepa rd
    When: Monday 6th March
Time: Meet up talk some shit - 6.00 - 6.30pm
    Get some grub - 6.30 - 7.30pm
Gap off for a short blast - 7.30(ish)pm

Nice turnout last time, close to 40 KBer's. Discount provided of course and have a few idea's put in place to make the ordering process a bit faster and easier. Not sure on the ride yet, it's getting dark lot more earlier these days, maybe we go for a bit of squid action? maybe for a cruise round the bays? or squid until dark and then go for a cruise round the bays? Place your vote.

Oh yeah i got a bike this time.

    See you's all there

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

The "cruise" usually ends up having the whole gang enter into kind of a race mode (as I have experienced in the past). Where we end up speeding in 50 K zones, which I am not a fan of (not kidding btw). Speeding is for isolated back roads or race tracks, not town IMO. If it's just a mellow cruise then it's OK but personally I don't find that too amusing but to each their own.

As for the squid session, I'm keen to come for a watch and maybe try something if my bike is ready by then...

    Either way, I'm coming!

Nah just a common term for a 'show-off'. Can be used to describe someone with 'squid' looks eg: Someone with full race leathers and r/replica helmet got the meanest bike but can't ride for shite OR someone who likes to show off by stunting (I know LB is gonna give me shit for this...)

Sorry all Rhino and I won't be there as it is the Ulysses (Auckland Branch) Club night. Any chance of changing it back to Tuesday for April?
