    Lookie what christmas/newyear bought me.

Well, I should have know better, just started a very time consuming new job for a consultancy in town, and have numerous things to play with, but wat can i say...zxr's are in my blood.

This zxr represents the price i paid for it. No wof, no reg, no rear brakes and it runs really really rich and has a tappet gasket leak...but it does ride, and it gets to 120 easy enough. Plus it has very good tyres on it.

So, another project (my fourth zxr) is born.

It looks crap now, but the idea is to get it running sweet, i have all the parts in my garage, will just get a shop to do the cam chain, then get it wof'd and rego'd, and if it can be re-registered then it will become a clean and tidy road bike (colour scheme yet to be chosen) and if it is too much of a mission, i will have myself a race bike.

    Win win situation!

I will keep this thread updated with pics throughout the re-build!

Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

Nice ride, those bikes look awesome in a pearl blue...imho. It would be a nice bike to get to work on giving the 600 a rest . Are you going to be so kind to inform us of the price you paid for it?
