Room to rent in Birkdale

Hi guys.

I have bought a house so am leaving the house that I currently rent a room in.

I have been here for about 6 months and for a single biker it is a great place. It is on a quiet street and back from the road. With a bush backdrop. It is a 3 bdrm house but there are only 2 of us.
Dan is the sitting tennant a 38 yr old bloke who is tidy. I took the place originaly cos it was handy to work, my dog was ok there and it has a great under house garage that I converted into a workshop, parked the bike etc. I am out of here on the 16th Jan so Dan is looking to replace me so I said I would help advertise it.
There is TV, sky, Dan's furiniture, stereo etc. The rest is upto you.
Rent is $160 pw plus share of bills.

Rent is $160 pw plus share of bills is getting up to a bit more than I can afford at the moment but you never know.
