If it was at the top, then you Waikato folks would get the fun ride. How about at the bottom. Oh wait they have one already.

Though some of us being broke bastards most of the time, can't afford to ride their every thursday and still drink.

And for others, I imagine they would have the same issues with the Oko as they do with R&T.

I'm good for the Marble Bar aslong as I don't have to pay some stupid amount for bourbon. Though the Owner of R&T is giving us a good deal if we become regulars.

I'll let y'all decide just tell me where to turn up.

Nah, if it were any other day then I would be too broke to drink. Thursday is payday and it's usually gone by friday after work.

I agree with Babyb Lets have a look around before deciding where to hang... I am sure that any pub will offer us a good deal. Most pubs want to make money. Anyways Marble Bar this week is it? I am in Tauranga most days with work so will keep eye out for new locations to try.Good on ya Barvo1 for suggesting Marble bar.

i think its abit premature to be voting on pubs at this stage. we haven't even had a chance to check out the marble bar yet, and this isn't our only two options. there is no rush to make a decision, and no harm in shopping around. r&t have offered us a good deal, however i told them at the same time that we would still be checking out other pubs and what they have to offer. hopefully we will be able to a location that suits everyone, but lets just be patient for now and see how things pan out.

Quartermile (welcome mate, i dont think i've met you yet) raises a good point, perhaps this is also a good time to reassess whether thursday is still the best day for this as well, and suitable for the majority? there are alot more people who have joined our group in the last year who deserve to have their say, plus situations change for all of us.
