John Travolta (Woody) seen adventure riding in NZ

I went to Wild Hogs last night and it was quite a funny movie and the bike riding wasn't so unrealistic as in Torque and other movies.

The Hogs just did a bit of wheelspinning on dirt. I couldn't help but think when I saw John Travolta's character Woody that I'd seen him in NZ previously on the Capital Coast Adventure practising riding on dirt, but then he was on a Triumph Scrambler.

Ha ha pretty good likeness indeed.
Saw the movie, I quite enjoyed it. The reviews for it have been harsh IMHO.
They say its too cliched, what do the expect with an ensomble of comedy actors and cameos from the OCC guys and Peter Fonda.

Saw the movie last night as well.....

There were lots of scenes I just burst out laughing at. John Travolta and Tim Allen either had body suits on or the put on lots of weight. Sure its a "buddy" movie but recommended.

I have to say I'm right in the target audience (41 y.o male, mid life crisis etc.) and the movie was total shite.

It really pissed me off listening to the audience cracking up whenever anyone fell off too.

    Frikken sourpuss.
I suppose you're not older than 'target audience'??

Just look at the background/scenery, roads etc - if you've been through that part of the US you would appreciate it.

Agree entirely Scummy the USA scenery is cool and the others in the theatre were laughing enjoying themselves while sourpuss wasn't.

    I still haven't seen it. Probably won't.

10 years ago I largely lost interest in fiction. Put it in the same basket as 'the news' and turned it off forever.

    'Escapism' says the co-pilot.
    'From what?' I counter.
    'Shuuuuut-up.'

So I go and make some music or study or broadcast.

And I'm not making it up.
