An update and a thank you.

2 weeks ago I had a "lil crash"
Just thought Id take this chance to tell what happened.
Racing my Sv650 at Taupo I saw a rider in front crash heavily.
Just as this happened I had a bit of a tap from behind on the right hand side of the bike.
I was laying the bike into Turn 3 -(a downhill left hander) at the time .The bike laid down for a sleep on its left side but decided it would use my left wrist as a pillow for its handlebar end and my body as a matress.
In sympathy to the bike I laid me down to sleep for about 5 minutes or so -thinking the race officials would just cone off round us and carry on until I woke up from my nap--No such luck and the green truck with flashy lights carted me off the track.
I wont go into the mare I had in hospital (or was that outside?) cos its a boring story.
Result of all this is Ive got a bunch of steel inside my arm.My head took a fair ol whack and it seems to have scrambled the brains a bit.My short term memory is er--Ohh what was I saying ??
I thought I'd be back to normal but the ol head aint clearing as fast as I expected.

Anyhoo --Thanks to all those that have stuck by me during my lil er trip.
And thanks for all those who have called wishing me well--Its really cheered me up heaps--sorry about the slurred speech
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

All the best, Frosty. The crack on the noggin doesn't seem to have impaired your typing ability. Get well soon, take it easy with a concussion, they can take a while to settle down.
    Cheers

Ouch. All the best for your recovery frosty.

And no, cutting your cast off too soon in not a good idea (trust me)
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

Good to hear from you mate, take it easy with the concussion frosty, they can take ages to come right, I know from experience.
