    Thieving scum...

    Unhappy Harley owner

This weekend's Burt Munro Challenge in Southland will no longer be a happy occasion for one Harley owner.

The enthusiast's $15,000 bike has been stolen from the museum at Wyndham, north of Invercargill.

Police spokeswoman Glenda Wells says the black 1992 model is in mint condition and was in the local museum to promote this weekend's challenge.

Why would a 1992 bike be in a museum?

    Sucks!

There's gotta be some adrenaline junkies out there - stealing that's gotta be a rush. But trying to outrun all the bikers in Southland during the Munro challenge... ON A HARLEY - now that's gotta be exciting!

    Cos it's a Harley!

    Just kiddin'

The owner lent it as part of a display of BM stuff.
Had a look at it on our social ride a couple of weeks ago. Mint!
    Hope they catch the arseholes!

maybe the harley was on display as part of the munro bike meeting, as all of these meetings useualy have bikes on show for competions my 98 fatboy won best custom at little river before being flattend buy a 4x4 prick at least i know where mine is, i feel sorry for the dude that had it nicked and i hope the bastard that stole it gets his just rewards, yes things go round and come back on ya but sometimes it take too long to get back round on these kind of folks.

it dont matter what kind of bike even if it was a push bike it dosnt give license to these bastards to nick it
ride for freedom, ride safe, ride for me, and all the other bikers no longer able to ride
