Triumph National Rally 29Feb--2Mar. Lake Okataina.

Not wishing to step on any organisers toes with this, but I thought a thread should be started.

The Rally is open to All Motorcyclists.

Its at Lake Okataina just east of Rotorua. (off hwy 30).
Gate entry is $30, (but badges are with pre pay entries I think) Details should be available from most M/cycle shops, and NZ magazines.

    On site accom.

Just been talking to one of the organisers for the rally.
There is still about 15 "Bunks" available in a dormitory style accom block if tents are not your style. But to secure one you will need to get your prepay entry in pronto, and email Trevor on trevor@pacificpine.co.nz to secure one.
I am going to the final pre rally meeting this Sunday, so if there are any Q regarding it, post them here, and I will try to get answers for you.
I will let them know about this thread also.

Well I've sent the form and the $$ away and contacted the organiser so I guess I have to go now eh? D'oh!

I'm looking forward to it. Its a fair old way on a damn near 40year old bike but thats what it was built for so I'm off! See you there... (hhm... the big tank or the little tank? Green or orange? sigh - hard to decide what to wear..)
