Threaten to take them to court. This usually makes them think... ohhh shit.

Bad luck mate, hope all is well.

Keep the pressure on them. The main thing is that you are ok.
    How is the bike?
The drunk taxi driver that hit me many years ago didnt have insurance I went to cort and ended up getting $10.00 a month. Even then It took allmost 6 months to get anything from him.... Worse of nothing happend to him as driving a taxi was his income so he got a worning me no bike.
If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.

    Wot 'e sed.

It could all end in tears when the car driver tries to claim you were pisse/speedin or whatever and therefore not his fault.

Sorry to hear that man. Good luck with getting this sorted out. If you do end up getting another bike I would strongly recommend insurance. I wrote my bike off and totaled a car a few months back but insurance covered both me and them.

    Keep us posted.

State. Yep just checked to make sure, $140.70 for 12 months full comprehensive motorcycle insurance. Excess of $400, plus $700 if under the age of 21.
