NZ National Speed Record Attempts

Cliff Hanger Promotions are holding several NZ National Speed Record attempts in Featherston on 9 November 2008.

Several riders will be attempting to break various national speed records.

Malcolm Breadmore has already achieved 199mph at the last sprint meeting, so is in hot contention for the NZ Open Category record.

Ivan Juggins, Johnny Burkhart and Steve Bron will be there, as will Paul Heard on his desmosedici (road registered 990cc MotoGP bike)

The only reason she isn't mentioned in the flier is that 'her' category has not yet been confirmed by MNZ.

Steve said he will be using a counter weight......at the minimum 60kg limit....rather than the 80 odd kg of his swinger. Can you feel the love ? haha
