WAIKATO RIDE 3

Due to the fantastic time we all had last October at Waikato Rally 2 we thought its about time we DID IT AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This time we will try and make it Bigger and better than last year with alot more fun and a better premises for us all to enjoy.
so some details

Pipers Ski Lodge National Park Village State Highway 3 Central north Island
WHEN
23rd and 24th April 2005
WHO?
Kiwibikers, partners,family 158 of us !!!!
HOW?
on ya bike of course
WHY?
To promote the KB spirit amongst its members, meet new people, make some coin for the site ,AND HAVE A DAMN GOOD TIME!!!

We will have a bunch of stuff going on for Saturday night and we will give you details later but for now we can confirm a DJ for late night partying , a trivia Quiz over a few Beers, An Auction or two
(funds to KB site)
and hopefully some prizes ( doesnt have to be bike related HELP ANYONE? )

I CAN PROMISE YOU IT WILL NOT BE A NIGHT TO MISS

okay some cost information

Double Room $85.00 PP

Single Bunk $75.00 PP

The per person cost includes:

Accommodation for the night of the 23rd April
Entertainment
2 course Dinner evening of the 23rd
Cooked Breakfast morning of the 24th
GST
$5 donation to the KB website

All you have to buy is your gas and lunch and alcohol (cheap)

DETAILS OF SAFETY AND MEDICAL INFORMATION ,THE ROUTES MAPS ETC WILL BE POSTED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.

So if your in download the attached form (in the thread)and fill it out AS REQUIRED and youre in, first in first served, BE QUICK!!!
we wont be accepting Direct bank deposits cause last time we could not link the names to the KB nicks very easily and visa versa, so we will make it easy on ourselves so cheques only please.

Homer sound "DOCH!" I hav been put down as going to a wedding on Sat! So I might have to haul ass down on Sat afterward to catch up with all you guys.....

Hi enigma, hope you make it, when you put the envelope in the mail is when you go "on the list" dont want to be mean but last rally we spent nights at home figuring out who paid who hasnt and chasing people for money, so we are doing it a bit different if you are deciding in a few days you will get in no worries.if you want a double room be asap cause they will be snaped up by the couples quick

I am placing my apologies in here right now....as I will be unable to attend.
