The cost of my bike has NEVER come into the equation when I start thinking 'what if I bin it...'

There used to be a guy in these parts that took his dog with him on his ducati, it sat on the tank and looked out over the fairing. I think a collie might take up too much room!

Yes well unlike most of the harley owners I've met you are a real biker and actually ride your bike.

But considering I didn't know the guy I passed I don't know if he is a real rider or not but considering that he sped up after I passed him he obviously didn't like it very much.

Last time I saw street Rod on a windy road I was passing him. The Vmax only hndles like shit when you compare it to sportsbikes and sports tourers. When compared to other cruisers it's a step above most of them.
Last time I saw a street rod I passed him as well (hehe... and we had a laugh about it too), but then that was at about 220, and he was doing very nicely on the corners too. I'd like to see some of the other cruisers handle like the rod, it is surprisingly nimble... could have been the rider tho as well, he's pretty handy.
But that aint really what the thread i about... cruisers are simply that, for cruising and just like we all have different food, clothing etc tastes, so we all have diff taste in bikes. Sometimes a cruiser would suit my mood of the day, and sometimes not.

The street rod handles surprisingly well. You'd need some guts to chuck it around like it should be though. And the brakes and the engine are freakishly good too.

You should see if you could get a ride on one, eye opening stuff.
