K8 with IMS tank, exhaust, bash plate, bar riser things, fat bars, fiddled carb jetting stuff, header grind thingy, K&N filter, screen, a doohicky, and a watchamacallit. Pretty low km's. Not bad for about 2K under new, and it's still got over a year of warrenty.

Now, I'd better set aside a week and read through Nordie's thread.

The K8 has white side panels, so the guy put on black sticker stuff, the DR650 stickers (I think they're mail box type stickers), then a coat of clear. Looks quite good.

Absolutely pissed down today, so I rode it 114 km home, with my head tilted to the side to clear my visor, and the shit back knobbly spinning up at about 30 second intervals. Not my most enjoyable ride.

Bloody thing is geared that high that I wasn't hitting top until 110km. Sits on 120 alright.

Anyone want to buy a DRZ400. One careful owner.

Congrats Bart, did you buy it from Hastings thru Trademe?
You & Paladin will look like a scary biker gang on those black bikes, so much meaner than yellow

    Yeah, that's the one.

I was going to buy new, but thought 'if I just be patient'. I was waiting for the right one to come along.

I was considering buying one of the new white ones, but decided I'd rather spend my time riding, rather than cleaning it. They need to make a brown one, like Eddie's beemer.
