The weather was lovely today and went for a ride via Tai Tapu/Gebbie/Diamond Habour/Bays/Evans saw loads of bikes on the road. Also noticed there are a few dubious pot holes on exits of blind corners from Diamond Habour towards Governor's Bay direction.

Hope the sunny weather will become a regular feature from now on.

The roads around the harbor have been pretty busted up this winter. The culvert near my house has collapsed and there is now a dam on one side of the road. Its going to take a few months before the roads are back in good order again.

Hope that will happen soon. Really enjoyed that stretch of road from Gebbies to Diamond Harbour today. Looking forward to some less dodgy road surface.

Took a ride up to Hanmer

The roads were awesum!!! Far better than that crappy thing at the top of the hills on Saturday.
The big girl just didn't want to get around that corner without giving me a weeeee reminder first, that clay slips are not a good thing for motorbikes!!!

BTW i think I'll give next Saturdays a miss just because I got a party to sort.

    Hornet For Sale

Well that is it, the Hornet will be going to a good home, and then I will be suffering from an identity crisis. Changing names to The Predator sounds a bit creepy, so might have to keep the Hornet moniker after all. Fun times coming up....
These aren't the bikes we're looking for....
