Dont forget a very young Natalie Portman. Thats a great action film, I agree.
I enjoyed THE AMERICAN a lot more than I thought I would. It has serious George in it, a lovely Italian girl who gets her kit off, and a chase scene. Well done I thought.
I thought elections were decided by angry posts on social media. - F5 Dave
Like the Guyfawkes avatar guy and Henry said, it's good. Stars Jean Reno as well as young Natalie Portman.
It's a definite classic action film. French movie that shamed Hollywood.
(I just IMDB'd Luc Besson and found out that he was involved in Transporter series, The Fifth Element, Joanne Da Arc, Kiss of the dragon, etc... Involved in many good action French movies. Amazing guy.)

V for Vendetta (the Wachowski brothers (The Matrix)) - One of the best movies of the decade, probably the best for me... with a faceless Hugo Weaving playing a blinder and Natalie Portman with her dodgy English accent saying "How could you finger me" to some men in an alley... 9.5/10...

V for Vendetta is awesome 9/10
Natalie Portman wearing a doll get up in V for Vendetta 10/10

It's a very strange movie. Probably the most peaceful movie about Soviet and USA conflicts. Tenseful, clever and a classic thriller. Definitely has the epic-ism of Tom Clancy. Submarine movies are not really my thing but this was interesting. Reminded me of Sum of All Fears (oh who am I kidding, they are both Tom Clancy's).
Sean Connery and Sam Neill. Awesome.
7.5/10
Compared to K19, Henry is right. Overall K19 felt a little dry. However October has/had more well structured storyline and logical flow.

V for Vendetta is, no doubt, a good movie. Yes (I don't understand some part yet but will check it out some other time again). It's the movie that made me become a fan of Hugo Weaving.

What? Did you not just love Hugo in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert?![]()
From the director of Hayao Miyazaki (Academy Award® winning Spirited Away), a very cute, clever and imaginative unique Japanese animation. If you had enough hamburgers (Pixar, Dreamworks etc), try this for a change. It's definitely unique. Pleasant and fun for all ages. But just like sushi, not everyone may like it.
English voice cast includes famous actors/actresses such as Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon, Tina Fey, and Liam Neeson (see my trend there?)
I enjoyed it very much.

Primal Fear...
good movie starring Richard Gere, watched about 75% of it due to messing around with RC helicoopter, but what i saw was good, will probably watch at another time
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.
A fast-moving, elegant and powerful musical movie. Absolute stunning performance by Catherine Zeta-Jones. It's as flamboyant and energetic as Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge. Music writers deserve alot of credits for this one.
13 nominations and winner of 6 Academy awards. Go figure.

Capitalism: A Love Story... 7/10... tis a Michael Moore "documentary" that takes a look at why the economy is the way it is and pretty much how it got there... Boring for you blind eye rollers, good enough watch for the rest...
